The facility for submitting the Medical Fitness Form is now available online through the Pak Hajj App and Portal.

Thanks to the modern digital system developed by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and the National IT Board, the process of obtaining and uploading the medical certificate for Hajj pilgrims has now been made completely digital.

Important Instructions:

• Pilgrims residing in Pakistan: Download and complete the medical form, get it verified by a doctor registered and approved by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC), and upload it directly to the Hajj Management System.
• Overseas Pakistanis: Have the medical form completed and verified by a doctor in your country of residence and upload it to the system under the Overseas Category.

According to the instructions of the Saudi authorities, submitting a medical certificate for Hajj is mandatory.
