A modern digital initiative by the Islamabad Capital Territory Administration (ICTA) and the National Information Technology Board (NITB) has made the property registration and land transaction process online, transparent, and faster.

If you want to register your property or land Sale Deed in Islamabad, simply follow these easy steps through Pak App:

Easy Steps to Submit Your Digital Application

Log in to the App: Download and sign in to Pak App. Go to the ICT Services section and select E-Registration.

• Select the Service: Choose the required service and the purpose of registration.
• Enter Information: Fill in the required details in the application form.
• Enter Land Details: Using the digital Fard received through the system, enter the Khewat Number, Khatooni Number, Khasra Number, and other required information, then submit your application online.
• Visit the Facilitation Center: After submitting your online application, visit the Revenue Facilitation Center located in Sector G-11/4, Islamabad.
• Verification & Sale Deed: Get your original documents verified and receive your Sale Deed.
