Durust Daam aims at delivering the grocery items at citizen’s doorsteps by helping them conform with the DC rates.
Durust Daam is another citizen engaging project recently developed by NITB and launched by the Federal Information Technology and Telecommunications Minister Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui. It is a ground-breaking mobile application that enables citizens of Pakistan to know the current updated prices of essential commodities such as poultry, meat, fruits, and other items. Another inimitable functionality integrated by NITB is that it allows users to lodge complaints against the market monopolists violating the price rules set by the government of Pakistan.
In appreciation of the NITB contribution towards controlling unfair profiteering of shopkeeper in the federal capital, the Federal Minister for IT proposed that such initiatives should be spread country-wide. Also, NITB has recently upgraded the application by adding a built-in “Order Online” feature for the convenience of the citizens who can purchase the desired items at their doorstep.
